About Talići Hill - Rustic Villas
Featuring luxurious accommodation in the authentic ambiance of traditional Mediterranean
architecture, Talici Hill - Rustic Villas offers a private infinity swimming pool that
overlooks the Adriatic sea and 7.000 square meter garden.
Nestled in a 17th century building, our Superior Villa is fully renovated and it preserves all the
elements of traditional Montenegrin architecture. Local stone, wood, high quality Italian tiles, sinks
and faucets were used in refurbishing.
Talici Hill - Rustic Villas is located on the hill in the historic village Talići and it offers fresh and clean
air, complete privacy and tranquility. Large terrace with sea views, BBQ facilities and free Wi-Fi
throughout the property are included.
All rooms come with tile floors, stone walls, wood paneled ceilings, air conditioning and a work desk.
There are 2 full sleeping rooms and one on the gallery in living room.Living room features 50”LCD+Satellite TV, fireplace, study, dining room and a fully equipped
kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and coffeemaker.
There is a toilet and 2 en-suite bathrooms which are fitted with a rain shower and/or massage tub
and include a hairdryer and towels.
Town Budva is only 30min. drive away and the picturesque Porto Montenegro or UNESCO Town of
Kotor can be reached in 55 min. drive. Old town Bar is only 15min. drive. Tivat Airport is
50min. away. 2.5 hours drive to the nearest ski resort.
The property is 1500m from the supermarket and Sutomore sea promenade.
