General information

MCM was formed on the 15 Mar 1988 in Prishtina. Since 1994 member of IATA. In 1996, MCM Travel was connected with the Global International reservation system, Amadeus. From its beginning until now, MCM Travel operated with scheduled airlines and represented some of them as the General Sales Agent for Kosovo.

The Airlines that were represented by MCM Travel in its history and in the present are the following:
• Austrian Airlines
• Lufthansa
• Malev Hungarian Airlines
• Germania
• Avio Express

In addition we carry stock of tickets from most major other Airlines operating out of Prishtina, Skopje, Podgorica, etc. MCM Travel has a wide network inside and outside the country. In order to expand our business, In the year of 2003, there were three new travel Agencies formed such as "Club Travel", "Inter Travel" and "M Travel". At the end, in 2004 we formed the six-th company called MCM Cargo dealing exclusively with Cargo from and to Prishtina Airport, representing mainly Cargo services of Austrian Airlines, Lufthansa and MALEV Hungarian Airlines.

All the companies now days represent the biggest Travel Services Industry in Kosovo named as MCM Travel Group with all together 23 offices in Kosovo, Macedonia, Montenegro, Bosnia, Turkey, Germany and New York. A number of 78 highly skilled, qualified and motivated staff members, equipped with the corresponding IATA (International Air Transport Association) licenses offer top class travel management services. That is why we place great emphasis on providing a stimulating working environment with numerous opportunities for further development, and actively promote further education.

-As MCM Group is the only ticket stock distributor for the Airlines we represent and due to the fact that we provide service to main International Organizations, we cover 63% of a total sales in Kosovo Market.

Due to our status with the Airlines we would normally be able to offer Special Fares and conditions to the Organizations we are in the contract with. MCM Group will provide you a 24-h toll-free number that you can call anytime for your emergency cases. As we have representations in New York as well and considering time difference, we will be able to cover 24 h service.

MCM Group is the Exclusive Representative for Kosovo for one of the biggest Travel Agency in the World, "Carlson Wagonlit" and it is able to provide Hotel Programs all over the world with the most reasonable fares. MCM Travel Groups possess two types of online reservation systems. Airline Amadeus and Travel Agency Amadeus.MCM Group provides all Travel services based on direct and indirect possibility. We are able to provide Car Rental Facilities for All over the Europe as we have agreement with Europe Car and other companies. We have Delivery service for the organizations we have agreement with. We are able to deliver within 30 min in Prishtina and all other cities in Kosovo as well. In USA we are able to deliver within a day and to other destinations we are able to make Prepaid Tickets which can be picked up at the Airline Counters all around the world.
NOTE: Prepaid Tickets in Kosovo can be issued only by or through MCM Travel Group.

We are able to provide all information's from the Reservation system regarding the visas but we are not directly involved in Visa issues with the Consulates.MCM Travel Group presently employing 78 highly skilled, qualified and motivated staff members, equipped with the corresponding IATA (International Air Transport Association) licenses of which 41 are employed in Kosovo, 8 in Montenegro, 6 in Macedonia, 18 in Germany and 5 in New York.
